Hey Barkjon, how goes it? I was recently going through the list of admins and bureaucrats of this wiki and noticed there were so many extra accounts and inactive users that it could make some believe there are more 'crats and sysops than there are. As I'm sure you know, staff have disabled the ability for bureaucrats on this wiki to grant sysop or bureaucrat flags anymore, which I think we can agree on that having the large list we did didn't make them think we'd need it. This wiki's list is way too large, and it may help if we "cut some fat" by just clearing up extra and inactive accounts, such as your Barkjonaa account, and simply remove its flags. I just wanted to ask you for your input and whether it'd be okay with you to have Barkjonaa demoted? Thank you so much for your time. Have a great day! Sure, he's not a bureaucrat, but I respect your decision. What we're trying to do is clear up the current lists of admins and bureaucrats by removing inactive ones (see Forum:Demotions_(of_inactive_users)), based upon the argument they're inactive and can't use their tools properly, so why should they have them when someone capable of using them could do so. This then removes the large list of people, without actually removing anyone that would be able to care, and this becomes more attractive to people (specifically staff) that won't see 50 admins anymore, but the 16 that we all think of (the active ones). So that's just an explanation in case you were wondering about it... because of course when users have more than one account with a sysop/bureaucrat flag, then the numbers become bork. Regardless, thanks for your time, and I hope you can weigh in with your opinion on some of the discussions created about making some changes. Have a stunning evening! I understand thanks. I think though, the amount of people who voted on my forum is practically the amount of active users we currently have at the moment. Maybe a couple more and legally it could go through. Theoretically though, all of the active bureaucrats we have at the moment (You, Sharkbate and Hat Pop) are all bureaucrats. I'm not counting Dancing Penguin, as he doesn't edit anymore. Therefore really, it is only a matter of changing anything that say "webmaster" to "bureaucrat".
