It is Dps04 again! Well, everyone knows Rsnail founded Club Penguin, together with Billybob. I can't believe he (or a user with this name) founded this wiki too :O This is the user I am talking about. It said he joined in March 15 2006, and this is his first edit. He only had 3 edits though.
