Hello Club Penguin Wikia users! I'm Hat Pop; a bureaucrat here. Usually, you will find me in bunny ears, no matter what party is going on. I am a member penguin, usually seen in pink bunny ears, pink-checkered shoes, and purple hoodie; don't forget that ninja mask!

In real life, I live in New Jersey. I also have ADHD. One of my favortite hobbies is drawing; both on paper and on the computer. You can usually find me on any server. Also, I am a very skilled Card Jitsu player, I sometimes even refer to myself as a "master".
