Tour Description
Welcome to the Town Center! This is often the first place you visit. If Club Penguin is having a party... this room is usually well decorated for it.

The Town Center (or simply known as the Town) is the main gathering area in Club Penguin, where many penguins chat, and advertise parties at their igloos. The Town is usually the first area that penguins enter after logging on, unless there are one hundred penguins already in the Town, in which case they will enter a different area.

The Town has no games, but it is an easy way to access rooms including the Coffee Shop, Night Club, Clothes Shop, Dock, and the Snow Forts. It is almost always decorated for parties and events. Along with the Plaza, the Town is the busiest room in Club Penguin.

Trivia

  • Rsnail designed the original Town.[1] The original design was drawn by a contract artist named Peter Welleman. [2]
  • According to Screenhog in a February 2008 blog post, pins are never hidden here because it is the busiest room in Club Penguin.
