Tommy is a light blue penguin who wears a tuba (or as it is called in Club Penguin, a sousaphone). He is known for throwing snowballs at an extremely long distance.

In one of the comics, Tommy and two other unnamed penguins are having a snowball fight, in which Tommy uses his tuba to launch a snowball a great distance.

• He is a member, since he has a tuba, and the tuba is a members-only item.
• He might be the Unknown Band Member who appeared at the Winter Luau 2006, as they both have talent with a musical instrument and are light blue. However, the Unknown Band Member has an Acoustic Guitar, just like Franky from the Penguin Band.
