Added by RectopThe PSA Secret Code, also known as the Tic Tac Toe Code, or the Secret Agent Code, is the code which was used by the PSA's Agents to communicate with. It's named comes from the symbols that are taken from different parts of a Tic-Tac-Toe grid. This code keys are available in the secret missions, and in some of them is often used for revealing the translation of some secret messages. It also appears in several places as an Easter Egg (such as on the Clock Tower).
EPF Agents can use a built-in device in their Spy Gadget to decode messages using this code.

The Director of the Elite Penguin Force, Aunt Arctic, uses the extra symbol in the code as her own signature. No one has ever seen The Director except for an appearance in Mission 10. It is thought that the Director's symbol is stands for "AA"- what is Aunt Arctic in short.
