If one types in the word 'Island' on the buddy list, one receives a mysterious profile. This is evidenced by the image below.

    Mysterious Profile on Club Penguin

    How can this be explained?

*On a side topic, how can a user on this wiki see all the pages that another user on this wiki is following?*

**On a second side topic, if Hamustar does not appear on the buddy list, would this mean that she does not have an account on Club Penguin? If she does not have an account, does this mean that Hamustar is no longer/not employed with Club Penguin? If she still could be employed with Club Penguin, in what way(s) could she be employed with Club Penguin without a Club Penguin account?**

What are all the different ways in which a person could be employed with Club Penguin?

***On a third side topic, what are high resolution image editors that each have all the editing capabilities of Paint?***

****On a fourth side topic, what are all the rooms that could possibly be decorated during any party?****

    Thanks in advance!

    • I can answer a few of your questions. You can't see all of the pages another user is following, but you can see some by going to a user page and looking at the "Pages I'm following" box on the right. As for the image editor, Paint.NET and GIMP are free image-editing programs you can download.

I don't know. It's possible that you cannot do this because most users don't have a need to see all of the pages another user is following. However, if you're curious, you can always ask the user to go to Special:Following and tell you what pages they are following.

Also, in addition to an image of my current player card and an image of my current player card with the background and pin, may you give me (all) the other link(s) that is/are directly related to my Club Penguin account?

Also, other than the tips on the Treasure! page on this wiki, is there any advice for me to dig rare items (rather than coins) more often with puffles, including the Gold Puffle? If there is, may you give me all of such advice that you can?

Also, when I put a picture into my user page, it appears on the right side of my user page. How do I put an image onto the left side of my user page?

      Thanks in advance!

    • Try going to the List of Rooms article. There are no other links I know of that are related to your account. I'm a not a member, so I can't help you with the digging advice because I don't have a Gold Puffle. If you mean the Operation: Puffle thumbnail on your user page, you can move it to the left side by adding this parameter:

      [[File:Club_Penguin—Operation;_Puffle—Full_Completion—Benny75527.png|thumb|left]]

Or, you can place it within a gallery like so:

      <gallery>
      Club_Penguin—Operation;_Puffle—Full_Completion—Benny75527.png|Caption here
      </gallery>

You can preview both and see which you prefer.

Also, is anything deleted on this wiki, and on wikis in general? If so, what are all the things that are deleted on this wiki, and on wikis in general?

Why do wiki threads become inactive after a month?

Is it possible to access replies that have been removed on this wiki, and on wikis in general? If so, how?

What are kudos, and what is/are their purpose(s)?

Why can a user not add more than 6 items to one's stamp book cover in one's account in Club Penguin?

By the way, is/are there (an) interchangeable word(s) on this wiki that show(s) the name of the user that is on a page, and that this/these word(s) vary/varies according to the name of the user that is visiting the page?

On what page(s) are all the white items of Club Penguin on this wiki?

Also, do you know what are all the stamps that are available as of now? If so, what do I do so that I know? Is there a page on this wiki for this? If so, what is this page?

      Thanks in advance!

If this is possible, how does one do this?

      Thanks in advance!

    • I believe that trick was patched, so it does not work anymore. The best way now would be to look at the meetup times. However, I believe the last meetup time was on March 27 and I don't know if they're going to post any more. If anyone finds out if there are any more meetup times from now until April 1st, they should post them here. Otherwise, we will just have to search around servers.

Trainman1405 posted about it on his blog (Clubpenguinmemories.com) but shortly after that post TM1405 made, Polo Field commented on his blog and asked kindly to TM1405 to remove the post because that's considered hacking.

Do you know when it was patched? If yes, when was it patched? Also, how do/would you know it was patched?

Also, while the meetup times reveal what servers the mascots are in during visits, it doesn't reveal what rooms they are in. If a mascot is not in my Buddy List, how would I know what room the mascot is in in order to meet the mascot (e.g. Rockhopper always begins his visits at the Ship Hold, so that in order to meet him, one can wait there before he visits, when he would make his visit shortly). While I know how do this with Rockhopper (due to the reason I mentioned), how do I do this with other mascots?

On a side topic, is it true that members can access servers that are more full (have a higher population) than those that non-members can access (e.g. the server Blizzard)?

      Thanks in advance!

Hacking isn't always stealing information as the news headlines sometimes read. Like a famous vlogger said once, hacking is essentially any method of acquiring data not in the way that its developers meant you to do. If you use some js to simulate something that you have never experienced, like meeting a mascot, i thing it falls into this definition.
But will you get banned for this? Even the CP wants to do that, i'm not even sure if they can really enforece this for now :P If i'm correct, in July 2012 (or was it 2013?) people got banned for using it, but it doesn't seem like it has happened since.

    • If a user had Rocky and/or CeCe in the user's Buddy List while Rocky and/or CeCe was/were still existent in Club Penguin files, would that user still have Rocky and/or CeCe in the user's Buddy List (now that these mascots have been completely removed from Club Penguin)?

Also, why were Rocky and CeCe completely removed from Club Penguin?

Also, how was this April Fools joke pulled off?

Also, what is the message that a user receives when the user enters an expired code on the user's Club Penguin account? Is this message an error message? If it is, may this error message be added to the List of Error Messages page on this wiki? Other than the Blue Blend Hoodie, what are other unlockable-only items whose codes have now expired?

      Thanks in advance!

        Loading editor
    • Yes, you would still have Rocky and CeCe in your buddy list. However, the names don't appear and the player cards do not load. If I had to guess, they were removed because Club Penguin is never going to use them again. The April Fools' joke was most likely done with Google Chrome Inspect Element. Either that, or it was edited with an image editor. The message looks like an error message to me, so feel free to add it to List of Error Messages. I do not know of a list of "unlockable-only items whose codes have now expired", but you can test the codes on Club Penguin Wiki:Items if you please.

        Loading editor
    • I do not know what the error message actually is, because I do not know how to get access to it. I know about the error message because I looked at this thread. The creator of this thread has access to the error message via the code for the Blue Blend Hoodie because this user (the creator of the thread) did not obtain the Blue Blend Hoodie before its code expired. However, I had already obtained the Blue Blend Hoodie via its code before its code had expired (so that when I enter the code, I instead get the error message that I have entered a code that I have already used), and I therefore do not have access to this error message via the code for the Blue Blend Hoodie (and I do not know how to get access to this error message via other means).

Do you actually have access to the error message? If yes, how do you have access to it? If you actually have access to it, may you either tell me what the error message exactly is or, more preferably, tell me how to access it, or add it yourself to List of Error Messages?

      Thanks in advance!

*By "unlockable-only items whose codes have now expired", I mean items such the Blue Blend Hoodie which could each only be unlocked with a code and whose codes have expired. I need access to an expired code of such an item which I have not obtained (before its code expired) in order to get access to the aforementioned error message.*

You can access this error message simply by creating a new penguin and inputting the code. However, to save some time for you, I've logged in on a test penguin. The error message reads, "The code you have entered has expired".

Here is what happens when I click Protobot on my Buddy List. It shows up as PH. Note that the background is an older former background of PH's Player Card, not PH's current background of her Player Card.

      Club Penguin—Protobot-PH Glitch(es)) 1)—Part 3—Benny75527

Here is what happens when I click on the background icon on the Player Card.

Here is what happens when I click "yes" for obtaining the undefined background. The loading box lasts forever, and one can make it disappear only by logging off. (If I clicked no, this wouldn't happen, and I could proceed as normal.)

May you reply to this message on this thread, add this glich to the List of Glitches page on this wiki, and give me credit for finding this glitch?

      Thanks in advance!

    • To disable an account, try perhaps to E-mail CP for the request or for some more info, though if you're not using a certain account, i'd say it's more practical to change its password and never to log in again (unless you change your mind at some point).

Now obviously, the basic limit for igloos is the number of different igloos that has ever been available and were not removed. This is because each igloo can only be bought once, so if there are n igloos, you can have as much as n igloos in your -already-decorated-igloos inventory as well.
The current limit of designed igloos that you can save is probably because each one requires the following info:

      • The music ID.
      • A list of items (probably by their ID, may repeat if you have multiple from the same sort).
      • Where these furniture items are located.
      • What flooring you have.
      • Which igloo location you have.

This info by itself may be rather light weight- maybe 1-3k bytes, but imagine 1,000,000 members (i don't know the real numbers but i guess there are much more), each one has on average a database of maybe 20 igloos, each with 3,000 bytes of info, and you realize that the overall database size- not counting the information on which penguin owns which igloo- is probably around 300GB. This may not be much if you run a database or something, but it's still a lot to bother, and the developers of CP would probably be much pleased if there's a limit for how much igloos you can have so they don't have to worry when the numbers get bigger and bigger. That's probably one of the reasons for why there's a limit to begin with.

(you can also take a screenshot of an igloo before replacing it with another one, so that you can recreate it, of course)

I don't think this "glitch" can actually be called glitch- you used some JS hacks to be a friend of someone who was not meant to be given or apply for any friend requests, so it's not surprised if CP doesn't spend time and resources in completing all of the resources needed for this.
Anyway, i think it may be because in the mascots json, as Protobot has no BG, it's gift_id is set to 0. That's why (possibly) the game tries to load an item with an ID 0, which doesn't exist, and keeps loading forever.

    • Club Penguin—Missions Undefined Glitch—Benny75527

Here is a "glitch" that happened when I played PSA Secret Missions through being logged in with my account on Club Penguin. In this "glitch", the word undefined is on the top left, partially blocked, I am not able to proceed with the mission unless I log off and log back on and go to the mission, and I appear to be looking at the surroundings in the mission through some sort of device from the mission, even though I actually wasn't.

May you reply to this message on this thread? Is this a legitimate glitch on Club Penguin? If it is, may you add this glitch to the List of Glitches page on this wiki and give me credit for finding this glitch? If it is not, may you explain to me why this "glitch" is not a legitimate glitch on Club Penguin?

Will the two puffles introduced in the Puffle Party 2014 be permanent? Also, is everything about this party known yet?

Is there any immediate or quick way to figure out which stamps in Club Penguin are currently available and which are not? If there is, what is/are the way or all such ways to figure this out?

Also, is the "glitch" I mentioned in my previous message on this thread a legitimate glitch? If it is, may you add this glitch to the List of Glitches page on this wiki and give me credit for finding this glitch? If it is not, may you explain to me why this "glitch" is not a legitimate glitch on Club Penguin?

    • Hover above your profile's top (where it shows the wikis). In the "about me" tag, either delete all wikis listed there, or select "hide all" checkbox, and then save.

I assume they will be permanent, though i'm not 100%. Like in all parties, you cannot know anything until the party starts and all of its features are released. Although, it's possible that some information about a party will have extra meanings according to future info that may be released after a party. I suppose that's the case about some EPF parties or operations.

The world stamps xml files has some expiry dats (in unix time) for some of the stamps. You can check there when a stamp will no longer be available, and what stamps have already expired. In addition, some party room IDs are listed there, and you can tell by them whether or not a certain stamp requires being in a room that is currently not available.
Beside that, it's easier to know if mascot stamps are still available.
But no, i wouldn't call that "quick". It's easier to check in stamps articles.

That's a glitch that sometimes occure in any PSA mission when you start playing (i think in the mission with the snowball thrower gadget in the gadget room, it also shows your flipper). I cannot add it right now, but feel free to add a new section for it.

    • The player card image is only for the player card, which is only meant to represent your "avatar" (as for today) in the buddy list, in igloo like lists, and also in friends alerts that pops from the bottom of the screen. The stamps and coins are separate objects that only you can view, and by clicking your penguin image, others can open your player card and open your stampbook, which also tells the number of total stamps you've earned.

As for now, only PH is online from time to time. And no, mascots' trackers are never 100%, but who knows, maybe at some point someont will find a way to create one.
