Stub[]

- I've removed the Stub template. I believe the only reason it was there was because the ID and SWF were missing. However, it appears that the postcard was replaced a while ago for some reason. I'm not even sure if it's possible for puffles to run away anymore, but it would be worth looking into for whoever's interested.

- Ofc it's been replaced, but why not keeping the NoID template hey.you (outcome) Some puffle died trying to travel from the CP island and to give us the precious ID.

- If the postcard was replaced, then it isn't available anyway. I didn't want to keep the No ID template for a postcard with an ID that can't currently be found. Although I don't mind either way, so you can add it back if you want.
