If you like to sled, come to Ski Hill! I guess it should be called Sled Hill. Bunny Hill is for newcomers. Ridge Run is only for pros. The drop is almost straight down!
Ski Hill, formerly known as the Mountain, is an area that can either be accessed from the Ski Village, EPF Spy Phone, or the map. The Ski Hill is where penguins can play Sled Racing. The Ski Lift connects it with the Ski Village. In August 2007, the sled runs were closed on account of an avalanche, which led to PSA Mission 4: Avalanche Rescue.
The Ski Hill is rarely decorated for parties nowadays.
During New Year's Day 2007, there were fireworks here.
During the Festival of Snow 2007, a sculpture replaced the sign, and free Snowflake T-Shirts were available.
During the April Fools' Party 2007, there were fireworks and several boxes placed.
During the Summer Kickoff Party 2007, the sign was turned into a large palm tree.
During the Water Party 2007, the sign was replaced by a water "mushroom", and the Ski Lift was replaced by a water-slide.
During Camp Penguin, some plants and fences were placed here.
During the Fall Fair 2007, an ice cream stand, banners and balloons, and electronic signs were all placed here.

During the Medieval Party 2008, half of the Ski Hill was decorated as a black tower. It has candle stands, flame stands, a lighted doorway and a magic mirror that gave messages like "Absolutely" or "No way" and similar words.
During the Water Party 2008, there was Fluffy the Fish, a Grey Fish, and the Mullet hanging on poles. The Ski Lift was a blue slide.
During the Penguin Games, there was an Olympic torch placed here.
During the Fall Fair 2008, it was decorated the same way as the Fall Fair 2007, except with a new Sled Racing sign.
During the Halloween Party 2008, it was decorated the same way as the Halloween Party 2007.
During the Christmas Party 2008, it was decorated the same way as the Christmas Party 2007.
During the St. Patrick's Day Party 2009, a rainbow started from here to the Forest. There was also a big pot of gold and a Lucky Coin Pin.
A white puffle was seen here every 30 minutes during the Puffle Party 2009.
During the Music Jam 2009, there were six music notes coming out of the snow.
During Festival of Flight 2009, there was a Cloud Maker 3000 placed here.
During the Fall Fair 2009, it was decorated the same way as the Fall Fair 2008, but without the Sled Racing sign.
During the Halloween Party 2009, it was decorated the same way as the Halloween Party 2008.
During the Winter Party 2009, some balloons, sleds and a box of Blue Pompom Toques were placed here.
During the Holiday Party 2009, it was decorated roughly the same way as the Christmas Party 2008, but with some toys scattered and a night sky.
During the Underwater Expedition, the entire Ski Hill leaned to the left.
During the Puffle Party 2012, it was the white puffle's domain.
During the Medieval Party 2012, it was decorated as an entrance to the battle site, where you could battle Scorn the Dragon King.
During the Marvel Super Hero Takeover 2012, there were fireworks in this room.
During the Halloween Party 2012, it was decorated the same way as the Halloween Party 2011. The Pile O' Candy was removed.
During Operation: Blackout, first the sky was dark, then the post was covered in snow, and finally the Ski Lift and the Grey Maintenance Shed were fully covered in snow.

Before its renovation, no building could be seen up top, contrary to many other rooms' distant view of the Ski Hill. After its renovation, a small building does appear next to the Ski Lift.

Rockhopper never goes to the Ski Hill because he is afraid of heights.
