The Red Hard Hat (formely known as the Red Construction Hat) is an extremely rare Head Item of Club Penguin. It was given to penguin's who participated in CPIP. If you dance with or without the Safety Vest, you will use a red jackhammer. Similarly to the beta hat it will never return.
