Puffle-O's are the main food of all puffles. While players are caring for their puffle, they have an option to feed it; and when they do, they feed it Puffle-O's.

- There was a box of Puffle-O's in the Fall Fair game "Feed-a-Puffle".
- They are found in the secret missions but are referred to as O-berries, as they are the pure and unprocessed form of Puffle-O's on the Wilderness.

- Throughout Club Penguin there are many references to Puffle-O's.
- Puffle-O's are probably the most nutritional food for Puffles.
- Purple Puffles will only eat Puffle-O's after salt is added.
- Yellow puffles will make a statue with Puffle-O's.
- According to the back of the box, Puffle-O's contain applesauce.
- Club Penguin says that some puffles may be allergic to applesauce but they have never shown the circumstances.
- When you're at the Puffle Feeding Area, (Only was accesible during the Puffle Party 2009) if you try to throw a Snowball you will throw an O-Berry instead. This is so that you can feed the puffles.
- There is a way to get a puffle completely healthy. First give it a bath, and then feed it Puffle-O's. It costs 15 coins per puffle but it's worth it. Note: Don't do it the other way around or your puffle will have a reduced energy.
- Strangly, they're called "Puffle-O's" rather than "Puffle-Os, meaning they have an ', even though it's plural.
- There was once a pin for the box of Puffle-O's.
- It's made of O-Berry.
