The Newsletter is a newspaper published by the Club Penguin Times shown in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. It usually gives updates on what happens on Club Penguin (e.g. Holiday, or any other Party). If you have Nintendo Wi-Fi connection on your DS, then you can download the Newsletter. Unlike the Newspaper on Club Penguin, the Newsletter only has one page and is released every few weeks.
