Mullet
From The Club Penguin Wiki
The Mullet is a large red fish seen in Aqua Grabber, on the wall in the Ski Lodge, as a piece of Igloo furniture, on a large dining table, and at the end of Ice Fishing.
To catch a mullet at the end of Ice Fishing, bait it with a yellow fish. In Aqua Grabber, in the level Soda Seas, it is possible to catch the Mullet by first catching a worm in an air pocket in one of the caves, then use the worm to catch Fluffy the Fish, and then use Fluffy to catch the Mullet, which can be returned to the net for 1000 extra coins, or just be let go. Either way, you then have access to another cave, where you try to retrieve Coins from a Crab. If you don't take any of the Coins from the Crab, he will give you the emerald, which is the rare treasure in Soda Seas.

[edit] Catching
When you see it swimming in the distance, keep hold of a Yellow Fish like Fluffy. Then, if you see another yellow fish come, catch the previous fish etc, etc. Finally, when the Mullet comes right up to the screen, hold the Yellow Fish in front of his mouth as bait. Do not worry if you see your penguin struggle. It is supposed to happen. If you catch the Mullet in Aqua Grabber, you will get 1000 coins extra.
