Lasso is a type of hand item in Club Penguin. If you wave with only this item on or with a cowboy or cowgirl hat, you spin the lasso. It costs 150 coins in the Costume Trunk, and only members can buy it. This item can also be unlocked from the Treasure Book. It is part of Alaska's costume in the play Quest for the Golden Puffle. It is also a hidden item in the August 2010 Penguin Style catalog.

• It was released in the April 2008 Costume Trunk for the play Team Blue's Rally Debut.
• It was re-released in the December 2008 Costume Trunk.
• It was released again in the April 2009 Costume Trunk.
• It was released in the December 2009 Costume Trunk.
• It returned in the April 2010 Costume Trunk.
• It was released once again in March 2012.

• This was able to be purchased from the Candy Dimension catalog at at the Candy Dimension.
• Waving with this item will make your penguin wave with its right flipper rather than its left.
