The Hydro-Hopper Driver is a penguin that appears in two Secret Missions standing next to the Hydro-Hopper boat. He is a green penguin with a black toque and overalls. He appears in a few missions, trying to fix the Hydro-Hopper, then you need to help him. He also enjoys his job as well.

He is a friendly green penguin with a black toque and a pair of overalls. He is seems to always have problems on his boat.

- Mission 9: He is having problems with the motor, once you fix it, he'll give you a pump.
- Mission 10: He lends you a piece of rope.

- He probably owns/built/fixes the boat.
- He appears in the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game too, but he's in yellow and without clothes.
- He seems very polite and friendly.
- His real name is probably not Hydro-Hopper Driver. This is similar to the Jet Pack Guy.
- It seems like he can't really keep the boat in shape (due to a number of times where he has trouble with the boat).
- His friends are probably the penguins who watch you while playing Hydro-Hopper.
