The Herbert Statue is an ice statue of Herbert, built by himself. It was placed at the Mine Shack to prevent the island from flooding due to a hole in the ground. After 3 years, in 2013, the geyser cooled down, and the statue, being an eyesore was removed on July 11, 2013 and moved to a secret EPF place.
In Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge, the island was sinking due to a deep hole in the ground near the Mine Shack, caused by a light beam of the Mega-Magnifying Glass. The EPF Agent had to figure out how to stop it before the island sank. After saving Herbert after his hot air balloon crashed, he agreed to help you. By using one of his statues, he plugged the hole up with the statue and stopped the island from sinking.
