The Gift Shop Manager is a lime green-coloured penguin in a secret mission. He has never been encountered in the Gift Shop when you're in Club Penguin, but so far, he is only seen in Mission 10, entitled "Waddle Squad", where you have to make a sale outside the Gift Shop to get the "Employee of the Month award".

He wears a jean jacket. His occupation is managing the Gift Shop.

• Mission 10: In this mission he is confused because Rookie took over the Gift Shop for the trap. He'll give you an Employee of the Month award for helping him set up his sale outside.
