History

• This stamp was one of the original 107 stamps released on July 26, 2010. However, it was first available in June 2011, which was the first time G Billy was meetable after the release of the stamps.
• All Penguin Band stamps were updated on June 17, 2011, to go along with their new look.

• You could also get this stamp at the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam, in the Epic Show in which Cadence and the Penguin Band played a piece of the Party Starts Now). During the time the song is played, you could obtain the stamp from Cadence and the Penguin Band.
