The Five Spooky-Keys are powerful and ancient artifacts needed to enter the Ghost Lab of Gariwald VIII's Haunted Mansion during the Halloween Party 2012. After you collected all the keys, you had to go to the Foyer and unlock Gariwald's Coffin, which contains the Ghost Goggles, which in turn are needed to enter the Ghost Lab.
