It was used as a weapon by water Ninjas in Card-Jitsu Snow. It dealt high damage, being ten damage on one normal hit, but had the smallest range, being one adjacent tile.
While dancing with it alone or with the Snow Suit, a special dance was performed where the player would continuously wave it around, swing it above their head, and then place it down.
