The Ghost Costume was a body item in Club Penguin. It cost 600 coins in Penguin Style and the Costume Trunk catalogs and all players could buy it. During the Halloween Party 2010, members could obtain it in the Haunted House. It was also available in the Haunted House at the Halloween Party 2011, but all players could obtain it. It could have been obtained from the Ghost Lab Catalog during the Halloween Party 2012. It could also have been unlocked from series 1 of the Treasure Book or by using any of the following codes from Unlock Items Online: CHILLING, FANTASMA, or GHOSTTOT.

Trivia[]
- Bambadee had this item, but he wore it only once in the book Rockhopper and the Stowaway.
- If the player wore this item with the Flashlight or Storm Lantern and danced, the costume would glow.
- The sprites for the Ghost Costume were hand-drawn by Screenhog, unlike all other clothing sprites, which were 3D model renders exported into a flash file. This was done because the rendering software he used at the time would "not have been able to handle a sheet".[1]
