All Coin Bags was an extreme difficulty stamp in Club Penguin, only obtainable by members. In order to obtain this stamp, the player needed to collect every single coin bag in Thin Ice, including the ones in the secret room in level 19. Every time a level is completed with all ice tiles melted after level 3, a coin bag would appear on the next level. Additionally, for every level completed with all ice tiles melted after level 3, an extra coin bag would appear in the secret room in level 19.
