Ok this might bore you a little bit. Here goes. I am Happyface414, a co-leader of the Federation of Penguins. I am aware that we are not the dominating group but Club Penguin Wiki Republicans(or Webmasterism) is currently in control.
Even though we are the biggest group we still are not in control. Our dream is to adopt democracy and become a democratic wiki. The wiki I share,The Club Penguin Fanon Wiki, has just adopted democracy. We are a full nation with presidents,vice-presidnets, and a Vadalism Controller. I am putting together a Supreme Court.
I believe this wiki is still going through a crisis. Not a big one, just an aftershock. We gained some old users back and TomasBat has been a real good pat on a back. We currently are making many changes including Logos, and many other stuff. That's why I want this wiki to become a democracy. We are currently practicing democracy but we are not a full democratic nation.
This wiki is like the Earth Now. Seperated and fighting. What if we were like Pangaea. We would be one. We were like Pangaea before but now we seperated for some reason. Enemies were made and vandals rose.

Due to the fact that AgentGenius and I founded the Feds, we were big leaders. Since AgentGenius is gone, I will take full leadership here. Our first thing we need to tackle is the way we treat each other. We must not fight. And, please don't mention the names of Wompus, Chlorine, And the others in an argument. They are the past. Let us look to the future, and not fear it, but impatiently wait for it. We need to find out the reason for a small conflict and settle it. Above all, we need to make sure that we are in fact, we. There is no I in team. but there is a me.. Just playing.

I can't guarantee a democracy on everything, but I will declare one on The FOP. Here is the deal. Happyface and 4th hale are the co-leaders. We will help to make everything fair. Well, government-wise. A communist wiki would be pretty messed up. We must stand together, and not be afraid to challenge people. Everything must be a vote. I remember how I got to be a sysop, and I don't want anyone to do that. What I did to become one, though not on purpose, was cheating. I became a sysop because I thought that Freeloh would be the last sysop for a loooooooooooooong time. I got mad, and was between Quitting or not. TurtleShroom wnet and made me a sysop. Don't be like that. I have seen a lot of stuff go on on this wiki. I remember the few days before the Wall Of Shame, and my brother remembers back when DillyDally got banned. I remember freaking out about DillyDally coming back, and then finding myself to like him. He is a nice guy, in reality. Str00delization, even though I have been a long time promoter, needs to at least be cut down some. Listen to the staff. They said that vandals want publicity. THey want it. I like to block vandals, but we need to back off some. Also, we must keep this place G-Rated. I will make some officials soon. I agree, votes are needed. And we don't need presidents or authorative figures as such but rather representatives. And definately, we shouldn't give vandals so much attantion. Block 'Em and ignore them is the way to go IMO. --4th hale (talk) 19:19, 27 November 2008 (UTC)

While I don't agree with TS, I don't dislike the guy. However, dictatorship is too much. I say that we work on well, barkjon. With him, we can stop the division of the wiki once and for all. In a sense, we are a family of users. We need to stop the division, and work on the unity. Isn't taht what his is all about? Division helps nothing. Uniting, and adding. That is the goal. Alright. I'm not the most popular user in the Federation, and I doubt I'm the most popular in this wiki. But, you always seem to think that the webmasters are dictators. They're not. No offense, but you're kinda being mean to Robbsi, the last webmaster. And if you're being mean to him, you are to V-Rex, the founder of this wiki, too. And if he was never here, we wouldn't have the Federation. I'm not blaming anyone, but I really feel left out. The A-Kong and Dancing penguin does have a persuadable opinion of a democracy. I have watched some articles come and go on various wikia, and have been quite diligent in this wiki's work and government. This wiki is very lucky to have such a government, but you have not been successful in retrieving the definition of a democracy. A democracy is a government with no specific political leaders. Every person or penguin in a democracy must meet or discuss worries or concerns of the society, and have themselves responsible for anything that is destroying or will destroy the wiki. And what more of a way to save this wiki than to discuss concerns on this wiki's grammatical corrections handlement‽ Please help correct the wiki's grammar, and all of this wiki shall not fall in the bask of a crisis.

YEs, I know I have quit, but I have to warn you all. I tell you now, I'm certain this Wiki is yet to face it's darkest hour. That will be Crisis IV, probably about some petty arguement. I will, most likely, be what I call a Chain Edit War. What happens is this:

Two people argue.

Third person gets involved.

One of first two people asks someone else if they like them Etc.

Asked person says yes, and confronts the second and third people.

Freind of fourth person disagrees and confronts first and fourth person.

Fourth person no-longer likes fifth person, so fifth person's friends confront the fourth person and so on.

You get what I mean? Eventually, the entire Wiki will be involved in one arguement. If there are admins reading this, and what I forecast to happen, happens, DO-NOT HESITATE TO ACTIVATE PROTECTSITE! Sorry matey, protectsite is gone now. It had some error once and wikia removed it after that. Besides, some people (eg., me) don't have any friends left on the wiki who still edit. Whats more, if two people argue, they would probably be stopped or blocked before a situation could escalate in to a so called 'crisis' which seem to be degressing into medium scale arguments instead of the real faction war crisises of the past. --4th hale (talk) 19:39, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
