The Fall Fair 2007 was a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin, that began on September 21 and ended on October 1, 2007. During the party, penguins could earn tickets by playing special games, which they could buy prizes with from the Prize Booth at the Plaza.
The party itself was a surprise from Rockhopper, who stored all of the games and decorations in boxes at the Lighthouse.

Trivia[]
- This was the first Fair to be thrown in Club Penguin.
- Since September 5, one of the crates that Rockhopper brought for the Fair and stored at the Lighthouse could be clicked, causing it to open, followed by a banner labeled "FALL FAIR" to roll out on the floor, hinting at the party's theme before it was revealed. According to an article in issue 99 of The Penguin Times, the box was accidentally opened by two penguins during a "rambunctious game of hide and seek" in the Lighthouse.
- Ballistic Biscuit was renamed Hydro Hopper during this party.
- This is the only Fair that did not have a prize booth at the Forest.
- This is the only Fair to have no members-only prizes.
