Dot's Disguises is an adventure in Club Penguin Island. It is received from Aunt Arctic, and is the third episode in Chapter 2: Shocking Secrets. During this adventure, the player must train with Dot the Disguise Gal and learn how to be stealthy, in order to infiltrate the newly discovered secret base.
In order to play this adventure, the player must complete Ep. 2 - Point of View and be at least Aunt Arctic rank 5.
Plot
The adventure starts with Aunt Arctic informing the player that the base discovered from the previous adventure is a threat to the island, but can be stopped if it can be infiltrated. She introduces the player to Dot the Disguise Gal, a master of stealth. Dot then tells the player she will be teaching them about stealth and camouflage, and to meet her at the Cove. After heading to where she is, at the ruins east of The Sea Caves, she tells the player that the first lesson is to hide in plain sight, and instructs the player to first dress like an animal, although the player does not actually have to do so to proceed. The second lesson is to blend in with surrounds, so Dot tells the player to stand by the nearby bush, and wear green clothing. The player does not actually have to wear green, but simply open and close the Clothing Customizer.
The third and final lesson is that if nobody can see you, you're not there, and one has to know when to hide and when to move to avoid being seen. Three large crates then appear, and Dot instructs the player to hide behind the green one, and make it over to the red one without being seen by her. Dot usually looks down at the crates, but occasionally turns around, giving the player a chance to move. After successfully moving to the red crate, Dot congratulates the player, saying they have the skills necessary now. Aunt Arctic then worriedly tells the player that the enemy and owner of the secret base is after the valuable Island Codex, and that the next priority is to infiltrate the secret base. The player then receives 3 fabrics, 100 coins, and 175 Aunt Arctic XP.

- On November 1, 2017, the XP rewarded for completing this adventure was changed from 140 to 60.
- In the 1.13.0 update, the reward was changed again, from 60 to 175.
- In the 1.9.0 update, the coin reward was changed from 50 to 100.
