There were construction sites in Club Penguin mostly before parties or when re-constructing, or building a new room. During this time, penguins may drill with hard hats more frequently to show their help for the construction. Construction signs could usually be seen, such as boxes, blueprints, cones, etc. Cranes were involved in some construction sites.
