The Demotion Project is a place where any user can vote on users to be demoted.

Rules and how to nominate

Rules

• You cannot vote for or against yourself.
• You cannot tell other users to vote for or against someone, including yourself if you are nominated.
• You must have made at least 20 mainspace edits.
• A user that was nominated for demotion cannot be nominated again in the following month.
• A vote closes after 2 weeks.

How to nominate a user

1. Contact an admin and mention the nominee's username. Tell the admin why you believe a demotion should be done.
2. This admin will then confirm whether it's a reason for demotion. If possible, it's also recommended that 2 admins will confirm it.

He has a problem with his moderating, e.g: kicking, banning, blocking. The way he treats users and disrespects them at times. The way he is to the community and refuses to support users in things they're struggling with particularly editing. The way he makes people feel bad and lowers their confidence because they aren't as good as him at editing and other things. He sometimes breaks some of the chat rules by roleplaying with certain users, and when they join in with them, he kicks them despite doing it himself. He kicks people for things when they only need to receive a warning particularly abbreviating a swear word.

• Eh, he's been nominated before, he's been blocked recently, and apparently people let him spam the wiki activity with undos. Saying that Kermit the Frog isn't a frog is genius. I am expecting a bunch of supporters from him. I wouldn't be surprised if this vote didn't pass, it's favouritism. I hate to be what I was in the old days, but I'm a critic. And because he created a quote wiki based on Glitch, I find it rude. Glitch has autism and clearly Wata just is just quoting ting them and making fun of it. I'd love to see him in that. He got a user in trouble, having her blocked for a month but he gets blocked for a week, and the bureacrats promised he would be demoted for a week. The user revealed personal information by her own choice. It was also her second offense, so she was blocked for a month. As for Watatsuki, it was his first offense, so he was blocked for a week.     • I'm not voting for him because of my dislike for him. His actions, err I won't be whining about blocks or bans anymore like I used to. Any edit can be undone by him and stuff happened yesterday, when he undid almost every single edit of mine that were old that probably other admins or rollbacks looked at and approved. That Kermit the Frog thing was when I edited the page and added the category "frog", he undid it saying that's he's something else. He came up with a excuse in the summary and others also. Only in my edits, not anyone else's. Those were old edits and all of a sudden he decided to revert them. Saying catalogs are not catalogs, removing the interface category on interface pages. Not all of my 600 mainspace edits are bad. If you think I make bad edits, then I don't know what you consider good edits. An admin can't undo a user's every edit and make up stuff. When I posted a reply on the Chat Complaints page, he reverted it. He's going crazy. As for the blocking thing, I'll agree with the time but also he was the one who messaged Ember that picture. And you said that he would also be demoted for a week, but hell you just promoted him back. As I said before, he made a page on the quote wiki about Glitch's quotes and links them and sometimes imitates them because they are funny sometimes, but you have to remember he has autism. It's obnoxious you're making fun of his disability (nah bad word for it) or unable to type properly. Don't ask me why I'm complaining about this. This wouldn't be a big reason for him to be demoted. • What time frame is the vote description even referring to? A year ago? Looking at the kicks, chat bans, and blocks he's made recently (which aren't many), there isn't anything that shows he has a "problem with his moderating". As for how he treats other users, I agree that he could improve with that, but he isn't treating others badly enough to where he should be demoted. Otherwise, he certainly wouldn't have been an admin here for over a year already. I'd like to see actual proof of the claims made in the vote description. • Though I am quitting, I still "can" vote right? Randomly stopping by at the wiki and sees this and probably its a good time to say this. He have no problem with editing, I am pretty sure. And I dont care he's making another wiki to make fun this wiki user because I am talking about this wiki real problem "The way he makes people feel bad and lowers their confidence because they aren't as good as him at editing and other things." • Sorry, Watatsuki, but it's time you get demoted. So i'm all for this demotion. Not only did you be a dictator, but you banned me just for what I do best; Roleplaying! I know that RP is banned in this wiki (For now, at least. I'm still hoping that the RP rule gets abolished one day...), but I can't help it at times. It's just to remind the good ol' days of when I roleplayed. Of when we all roleplayed. I'm sorry, but it's time you get cut, Watat. You're through. Have you noticed everybody's being super nice? • I just love of how's there is fanboys everywhere who don't come on chat or check the logs or history. Now it seems as if Austin was forced to vote against. Random people everywhere. Hell, they wouldn't even know the situations. And of course, the admins are there always up by his side. :) It's kinda sad of how it's the administration who doesn't care but the community is. Sam was so desperate on removing this vote saying it's "invalid", but hell his rollback rights are invalid. It just amuses me that so many people complained about him.
