Chill is a white Elite Puffle that is first met in the Elite Penguin Force downloadable mission, Puffle Pranksters. He can easily freeze anything with a single breath and the ice shatters with the item inside it. In the sequel, he can make anything out of ice or fix things with ice. He is the newest of the Elite Puffles and did not appear in Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic or The Great Puffle Switch books.
