Card-Jitsu gems were a trio of special gemstones that signified mastery of the elements of Card-Jitsu, and each were receiving from progressing through the three element-themed Card-Jitsu games. When the player obtained a gem, it would appear on their Amulet. All Amulets also contain an unnamed black gem. Owning the three gems caused the player to earn the 3 Gems stamp.
Fire Gem[]
The Fire Gem represented the element of fire, and could be obtained after defeating Sensei in Card-Jitsu Fire atop the Fire Dojo, which could only be accomplished after completing the Fire Suit. Obtaining the Fire Gem would also cause the player to earn the Fire Ninja stamp. This gem was first available to members on November 24, 2009, and was the first gem available to players.
Water Gem[]
The Water Gem represented the element of water, and could be obtained after defeating Sensei in Card-Jitsu Water in the Water Dojo, which could only be accomplished after completing the Water Suit. Obtaining the Water Gem would also cause the player to earn the Water Ninja stamp. This gem was first available to members on November 23, 2010, and was the second gem available to players.
Snow Gem[]
The Snow Gem represented the element of snow, and could be obtained after considerable progress through Card-Jitsu Snow. Unlike the other two gems, Sensei was not challenged to earn this gem. However, after earning it, the player gained access to battles against Tusk. Obtaining the Snow Gem would also cause the player to earn the Snow Pro stamp. This gem was first available to players on May 23, 2013 and was the third and most recent gem available to players.
Trivia[]
- Sensei was the first to have all three elemental gems.
- The Amulet-like floor design in the Ninja Hideout had three gem-shaped tiles, and if the player owned a gem, that tile would appear glowing to them. After the Ninja Hideout was removed and the Amulet symbol was moved to the Dojo, it no longer glowed as a result of a gem.
- The gems were not shown on players' images on the Buddy List, nor in-game.
