The Blue Pennant is an award in Club Penguin. It could be obtained by completing the secret task of PSA Mission 7: Clockwork Repairs. In order to obtain it, the player must give the two Blue Team members that you helped during the mission a replacement target, which is a life ring. Two different life rings can be obtained during the mission, one at the Lighthouse, and the other in the HQ, although only one is needed.
