The Blue Lei is an extremely rare, free neck item that was found at the Summer Party 2006 and Summer Kickoff Party 2007. When one dances with this item, they will hula dance. This also works with the Grass Skirt. This item can be bought in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force at the Clothes Shop.

Trivia
- Like the Hawaiian Lei and Grass Skirt, the player will perform a hula dance if worn.
- Although this neck item appears loose when seen on a Player Card, it appears tight to the neck in the Hey There and Join Team Blue postcards.
- There were rumors that this lei would return at the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam in August 2013 because in a Game On commercial, many kids were seen wearing a Blue Lei, but actually it didn't.
- There is a gold version of this item available through Puffle Digging by digging with a Gold Puffle.
- If you attempt to wear both the Grass Skirt and this lei at the same time, it will do the hula dance.
