The Black Belt is a body item in Club Penguin. It is earned after beating many penguins in the game of Card-Jitsu. When earning this belt, the player is sent a postcard. One can not wear this with a Ninja Outfit, as they are both body items. However, a replica is included with the ninja suit. Earning this belt also lets you face Sensei with a chance of winning. (If you face Sensei with a belt rank less than black, you will always lose against him, since the game is made so you can only beat Sensei after you win this belt). Once you face him and beat him you will become a Ninja. Most Non-Member Ninjas wear this item along with the ninja mask because it is one of the only ninja items they can wear.

- This is the last belt to earn before becoming a Ninja.
- A penguin wears this on the Great Game postcard.
- When obtained, a postcard is sent to your Penguin from Club Penguin saying that you have obtained it and Sensei is proud of you.
