The Bell is a Hand Item in Club Penguin. It is a free Item and it was available to all penguins on Club Penguin in December 2007 and 2008 during Coins for Change. During Coins for Change in 2007 and 2008, bells were given away as free items. If you wave with the bell on your flipper, your penguin will ring the bell, causing a ringing sound to be heard.

• It is one of the few instruments that make sound outside of the Lighthouse.
• Some penguins use it to attract attention to the Coins for Change center.
• It is commonly seen around Christmas time, when Coins for Change is around.
• There was a Silver Bell for sale in Rockhopper's Rare Items during the Holiday Party 2009 for Coins for Change, but only members were able to buy it.
• If you wear the Whistle/Silver Whistle and the Bell and do the wave action, you can hear both of them at the same time.
• Some people say "I gots me a bell!". Then they will wave. Some people do this to get attention.
• A Bell is used in Card-Jitsu when a Puffle power card is played by sending a stampede of puffles over the opposing player.
