Balloon Pop is one of the many Club Penguin mini-games that first appeared at the Fall Fair 2008, and you can earn tickets here. It can be found in the Bonus Games Room at the Snow Forts. If you bring your puffle into the game, the puffle will change color to your puffle's color.
It was, originally, a members-only game, but now its been playable to non-members since The Fair 2009.
How to Play

The objective of the game is to collect as many tickets as you can by popping the balloons. You can do this by blowing air onto the Puffle's hot air balloon with the fan and bumping the balloons into the Cacti, but letting the hot air balloon collide into a Cacti makes it pop and causes you to lose a life. You can click on the screen to make the fan blow more air.
After playing for some time, huge targets will appear (you need about 400 tickets). If you lose all the lives without popping any targets, it says: 'Nice Try'.
