Icebox was the test server for the moderators. Its website was "icebox.clubpenguin.com". It consisted of the editing, publishing, and creation of SWF files. Unfortunately, not much information is known about it, and the server has been deleted. It was also used for moderators to take screenshots of sneak peaks for the Club Penguin Blog. Also another reason it closed was because hackers like Sanity Penguin and Microchip123 went to the site and became a mod. When other people found out how to do this they became mods and then banned people for no reason. So Club Penguin closed it down. It is on web archive but it will redirect you to the old version of the Club Penguin site. So nobody can ever go to icebox.clubpenguin.com ever again.
