- It is the 11th Party Hat in Club Penguin.
- This is the only party hat to consist of each line being a different color than the others.
- The shape design is similar to the 6th Anniversary Hat, the bottom being more convex compared to other past party hats.
- It consists of the same colors and pattern as the Rainbow Puffle.
- Like all other Party Hats, it will never return.
- It is the first and so far the only party hat to have 7 different colors, being the most out of all the party hats.
